We are a tax boutique. All of our attorneys have Masters Degrees in Tax Law and Attorney Morris N. Robinson is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Our mission is to achieve Solutions for Business & Tax Problems^SM.

We operate in the “middle ground” between smaller suburban law firms and the large Boston and national law firms. Our “middle ground” is reflected both in the complexity and size of the cases we will undertake and in our hourly rates. Our rates are typically above suburban law firm rates but below the hourly rates charged by major Boston and national law firms.

• Businesses and Business Owners - We work closely with business owners to help them establish and operate tax-efficient businesses. We research and structure tax-efficient corporate transactions and will, if requested, negotiate and draft the related documents. We are skilled in business succession planning. • Tax-Exempt Organizations – We work closely with the administrators of tax-exempt organizations and help them establish, qualify and operate businesses that are exempt from United States and Massachusetts income taxation and that are exempt from the local Massachusetts real estate property tax. • Individuals and Executives - We provide peace of mind to individuals and estates by drafting estate plans, probating estates, preparing tax returns and resolving disputes with the taxing authorities. • Tax Dispute Resolution - We defend our clients in federal and state tax disputes.
